Dehydration?!?
Occurs when more water and fluids leave the body than enter. Loss of Water or Electrolytes?

3 Main Types of Dehydration:

Hypotonic - Primarily loss of electrolytes

Isotonic - Equal loss of electrolytes and water

Hypotonic - Caused by Diuretics

Hypertonic - Loss occurs through the skin, lungs, and kidneys. Serum Sodium and osmolality are always elevated.

Isotonic - Loss due to vomiting, disease, hyperglycemia, and hypoaldosteronism​
Drink Water first thing in the morning. Consider adding trace minerals to your water. Are even drinking mineral water.
