Let Get Started
-Deep breath
Bring all your attention to your feet. Notice how your feet feel against your shoes or the floor. Press downward slightly. Imagine grounding yourself, like a tree. As you ground yourself remember you are ground in peace. A peace that will continue to be with you when you lift your feet. (2 Deep Breath)
Slowly focus your attention on your chest. Focus on your heartbeat. Listen if possible, or try to sense the contractions of your heart. With every pump realize that life is now and you are loved. Take 2 deep breath ( inhaled love and exhaled negativity)
Smile.
Slowly bring your attention to the top of your head. Imagine placing a helmet on your head. The responsibility of the helmet is to keep all the negative thoughts out of your mind. (2 deep breath)
Scripture Meditation (If you have a scripture that God places in your heart, repeat it in your mind. While repeating this scripture remember you stand in peace, you are loved and God has given you the power to capture every thought through Jesus Christ who lives in you.
